REPLOID Announces 1:15 Stock Split to Boost Liquidity and Retail Investor Appeal

REPLOID Group AG (ISIN: AT0000A3HRX5) has announced plans to execute a stock split at a ratio of 1:15, aiming to improve the tradability of its shares and make them more accessible to a broader range of investors. The company will submit a corresponding resolution to the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 14, 2026. If approved, the number of shares will increase from 110,881 to 1,663,215, with each no-par value share continuing to represent a proportionate amount of share capital of EUR 1.00.

The decision comes as REPLOID shares have recently traded at approximately 1,700 euros. Following a split, the price would be roughly 113 euros per share. Philip Pauer, CEO and founder of REPLOID, emphasized the strategic intent: "If we split today, the price would come in at roughly 113 euros. That's exactly our goal: to make REPLOID stock easier to trade and more attractive, particularly for retail investors."

To facilitate the stock split, the Annual General Meeting will be asked to approve an increase in share capital from company funds, without issuing new shares. The share capital is slated to rise from EUR 110,881 to EUR 1,663,215, funded by converting a portion of the unrestricted capital reserves, which were built from the equity increase achieved during the 2025 fiscal year.

This move is expected to enhance liquidity and broaden the shareholder base, potentially increasing trading volumes and market participation. For retail investors, the lower price point may lower the barrier to entry, making it easier to acquire shares and diversify portfolios.

REPLOID operates within the circular economy, offering an innovative system for the industrial utilization of organic residues from the food industry. The company builds and services modular, scalable insect-rearing plants known as REPLOID ReFarmUnits. In these facilities, young Black Soldier Fly larvae are fed a site-specific mix developed through REPLOID's R&D, using residual materials from the regional food value chain. Customers can use the larvae or by-products themselves, or REPLOID takes them back for centralized marketing or further processing.

The company sells reared larvae directly or after processing into proteins and fats for the animal feed industry. By-products such as insect frass are converted into premium organic fertilizer. This decentralized upcycling model provides an economically attractive solution within the circular economy, efficiently utilizing food residues and conserving key resources.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Wels, Austria, REPLOID has a global focus and has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange's direct market plus segment since July 2025 (ticker symbol: HRX5). The group employs more than 190 people.
