RocketDocs Joins ROIA as Founding Member, Advancing Revenue Operations Standards

RocketDocs, a provider of AI-powered knowledge management for revenue pursuit, has announced its role as a founding member of the newly formed Revenue Operations and Intelligence Association (ROIA). The association, launched as an independent, not-for-profit entity, aims to serve professionals across sales enablement, RevOps, FinOps, and compliance, filling a gap left by organizations focused solely on bids and proposals.

ROIA is governed by an independent Board of Directors comprising industry veterans from various sectors, none of whom are employed by RocketDocs. This structure ensures the association remains impartial, according to a press release. CEO Perry Robinson of RocketDocs emphasized that the initiative provides a dedicated space for standards and advocacy for those managing institutional knowledge, which he described as the connective tissue of corporate operations.

As part of the launch, RocketDocs is a founding sponsor of the ROIA Excellence Awards, the first independent recognition program for the industry. Winners are selected by an impartial jury of senior practitioners and academics. The awards include the Pinnacle Award for team impact, the Trailblazer Award for individual innovation, and the Catalyst Award for professional advocacy. RocketDocs is one of several sponsors and holds no governance or editorial control over the association’s programming or award selections.
