Rogue Space Systems Secures $1.25M to Advance Spacecraft Modularity and Adaptability

Rogue Space Systems Corporation has received a $1.25 million contract from SpaceWERX, the innovation arm of the U.S. Space Force, to develop its extensible E-Bus technology suite. This innovative system represents a significant advancement in spacecraft design, offering unprecedented flexibility and adaptability for satellite platforms.

The E-Bus technology is a low-size, weight, and power (low-SWaP) device that serves dual functions as a power distribution module and a networking switch. Its software-configurable data and power ports can accommodate a wide range of common interfaces used by spacecraft payloads and subsystems, marking a potential paradigm shift in space technology infrastructure.

The technology's key innovation lies in its scalability and resiliency. A single E-Bus device can support multiple payloads, and the use of redundant devices allows for dynamic network interconnection.
