Williamsburg welcomes three new restaurants, enhancing its reputation as a premier food and beverage destination in New York City, through deals brokered by RTL.

Williamsburg's culinary scene is set to expand with the addition of three new restaurants, thanks to the efforts of RTL, a prominent retail brokerage firm. These establishments, located within a five-block radius, will add over 5,000 square feet of dining space to the neighborhood, offering a variety of culinary experiences.
Highlighting the new arrivals is an upcoming concept at 62 South 2nd Street by the creators of Nobody Told Me, a celebrated cocktail bar. Nearby, Pally, an all-day café and wine bar at 223 Kent Avenue, has already begun serving customers since June, transitioning from daytime coffee and meals to evening wine and small plates. Additionally, Matsunori Sushi Club, renowned for its unique pink sushi rice and BYOB omakase, has relocated to 340 Metropolitan Avenue from the Lower East Side.
Michael Shkreli and Eli Gold of RTL facilitated these transactions, with Shkreli noting the alignment of these new venues with Williamsburg's dynamic atmosphere. The introduction of these restaurants underscores the ongoing demand for dining options in walkable, high-traffic areas of New York City, further solidifying Williamsburg's status as a key player in the city's food scene.
