Safe Pro Group Inc. Named Finalist in UN WFP Innovation Program for AI-Powered Landmine Detection

Safe Pro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAI), a leader in AI-powered security and threat detection, has announced its subsidiary Safe Pro AI as a finalist in the United Nations World Food Programme's Humanitarian Innovation Accelerator Innovation Weeks. The selection, from 579 global submissions, recognizes Safe Pro AI's project utilizing AI to detect landmines in Ukrainian agricultural fields, marking it as the only U.S.-based AI solution chosen. The finalists will compete for funding up to $150,000 and a place in a 12-month accelerator cohort. Safe Pro's SPOTD platform, which analyzes drone imagery with proprietary AI to identify over 150 types of threats, has already processed over 1.66 million images across 6,705 hectares in Ukraine. This achievement emphasizes Safe Pro's contribution to enhancing humanitarian demining and global food security through innovative, scalable AI solutions.
