Carmack also briefly led Home Depot's Canadian operation and managed Home Depot Home Services, which comprised three subsidiaries offering nationwide installation services.

Most recently, Carmack served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rogers Electric, a national electrical contractor with operations across 48 states. In this role, he was responsible for driving the company's sales and operations strategies, further honing his expertise in managing large-scale home improvement operations.

As SageHome's new COO, Carmack will play a pivotal role in leading the company's core operations functions and overseeing the General Managers of SageHome's seven trading brands. His primary focus will be on driving the company's expansion efforts while ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional service to customers. Carmack will work closely with Joe Gorman, SageHome's President and CEO, to scale the business through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
