Scientist Calls for Transparency in Scientific Funding and Innovation

Dario Crosetto, an Italian-American scientist, is advocating for greater transparency and accountability in the scientific community, particularly concerning the funding and development of his 3D-CBS (3D Complete Body Screening) invention. This advanced PET/CT technology promises to significantly reduce premature cancer mortality and healthcare costs through early detection. Crosetto's call to action highlights the need for a public, face-to-face comparison of his 3D-Flow system with current CERN FPGA-based systems, which he argues are inefficient and costly.

The 3D-Flow technology, recognized as a breakthrough in 1993, offers a more efficient alternative to the current CERN systems, capable of executing over 8,000 programmable operations on each dataset arriving every 25 nanoseconds, at a fraction of the cost and power consumption. Despite its potential, Crosetto's inventions have faced suppression and lack of funding, leading to wasted taxpayer money and missed opportunities in advancing medical imaging and particle physics research.

Crosetto's efforts to bring scientific truth to light include submitting detailed proposals and reports to various scientific and governmental bodies, including the European Parliament and the U.S. Congress, urging them to question the allocation of billions in taxpayer funds to inefficient projects.
