Spasticity & Movement Partners, a specialty rehabilitation practice founded by Dr. David Park, has announced its recent opening in Englewood, New Jersey. Treatment options include oral medications such as baclofen, tizanidine, and diazepam, as well as targeted procedures like botulinum toxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Myobloc), phenol nerve blocks, and diagnostic nerve blocks. These procedures may be performed using ultrasound or electromyography guidance for precision. For severe spasticity, the practice provides intrathecal baclofen pump management, including refills and dose adjustments.
