Stevens Creek Toyota's month-long supply drive supporting Humane Society Silicon Valley addresses critical pet care needs during the holiday season through community donations and a special November 22 event.

Throughout November, Stevens Creek Toyota is collecting new, unopened pet supplies to support Humane Society Silicon Valley and pets across the community. The ongoing drive will feature a special Tacoma for Tails celebration on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Stevens Creek Toyota. This partnership between the automotive dealership and animal welfare organization aims to make a significant difference for pets in need through community support and donation efforts.
The special community event on November 22 will feature donation drop-offs, opportunities to meet adoptable animals, and chances to connect with the dedicated teams supporting them. Donations collected throughout the month will help stock HSSV's shelter and community programs that provide food, supplies, and critical care to pets and the families who love them. This support is particularly crucial during the holiday months when many families face additional financial pressures. Most-needed items include dry and canned dog or cat food, puppy and kitten formula, treats, toys, leashes, collars, harnesses, cat litter, grooming supplies, blankets, towels, and enrichment items.
Community drives like Tacoma for Tails have a direct, immediate impact on pets and the people who love them, said Nancy Willis, Vice President of Strategic Growth at Humane Society Silicon Valley. Every bag of food, every leash, every toy helps us provide care, keep families together, and create a stronger, brighter future for animals across our region. We're grateful to Stevens Creek Toyota and everyone pitching in. This partnership means a lot to us—not just as a business, but as members of this community, said Ray Khandan, General Manager of Stevens Creek Toyota. Pets bring so much joy and companionship into our lives, and we're honored to help ensure every animal gets the care and love they deserve.
Media opportunities during the event will include capturing trucks and donation bins filling with pet supplies, HSSV team members and volunteers in event T-shirts collecting and organizing donations, on-camera interviews with HSSV leadership and dealership representatives, and photo opportunities with adoptable ambassador animals and community donors. A potential follow-up photo opportunity will occur when collected donations are delivered to HSSV in the Tacoma truck. Donations are accepted at Stevens Creek Toyota throughout the month of November, and monetary gifts to support HSSV's lifesaving work and fire rebuild efforts are also welcome.
