Stout Management Company Expands Nevada Portfolio with Four New Properties

Stout Management Company has significantly expanded its multifamily management portfolio in Nevada by adding four new properties in Las Vegas, totaling over 300 units. This expansion includes the Village of Santo Domingo, a 120-unit community located at 8530 W Sahara Ave, and the Lennox Las Vegas, a 100-unit luxury apartment community at 430 E Cactus Ave, among others. These additions underscore the company's growing presence in Southern Nevada's competitive housing market.

The Village of Santo Domingo, developed between 1997 and 2000, offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, while the Lennox Las Vegas, constructed in 2015, features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Stout Management Company President Taylor Verhaalen highlighted the Lennox Las Vegas as a key addition that strengthens the company's portfolio in Las Vegas. The company also took over management of Harlow in Las Vegas, a 98-unit community located at 10620 West Alexander Rd, further expanding its footprint in the region.
