Superior Ink's new 'Built for the Community' initiative provides complimentary custom-designed shirts to local small businesses in Colorado to boost brand visibility and foster community connections.

Superior Ink has launched a new community initiative called "Built for the Community" that provides monthly complimentary custom apparel to local small businesses in Colorado. The program aims to support brand growth and cultivate local pride by selecting one small business each month from the Colorado Springs or Fountain region to receive a limited batch of 12 custom-branded shirts designed, printed, and delivered by Superior Ink's creative team.
The inaugural recipient of this community support program is Happy Hour Donuts, a Fountain-based donut shop known for its innovative flavors and welcoming community atmosphere. Superior Ink created custom graphic tees inspired by the shop's branding and will personally deliver the shirts this month. Dominic Rosacci, Founder and CEO of Superior Ink, explained the motivation behind the initiative, stating that when the company relocated to Fountain, their goal was not just to establish a facility but to integrate into the community.
Beyond providing physical merchandise, Superior Ink plans to showcase each selected business across its digital platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters. This additional exposure aims to highlight the stories of local businesses and help them reach new customers. Rosacci emphasized the power of merchandise, noting that "merchandise is impactful - it tells a story that can be worn" and creates a ripple effect that benefits the entire community when local businesses have tangible means to share their narratives.
The program represents Superior Ink's commitment to utilizing their expertise in screen printing and apparel production to uplift other small businesses while fostering connections among local entrepreneurs. Over time, the initiative is expected to build a network of local makers, shop owners, and entrepreneurs connected through community-driven merchandise. Local business owners interested in being featured can nominate themselves or others by visiting https://www.superiorinkprinting.com/community or tagging @superiorinkprinting on Instagram. Superior Ink plans to sustain this program throughout the year, selecting a new small business recipient each month to continue supporting the local business ecosystem in Southern Colorado.
