SYOKAMI, a company specializing in high-end kitchenware, has announced the global launch of its Premium Steak Plates with Knife and Fork Set, now available on Amazon. The product addresses two common problems: standard ceramic plates that cool steaks quickly and serrated knives that tear meat fibers, causing juice loss.

The plates are made from a heavy-duty clay composite with thermal-retention technology, keeping steaks at optimal temperature up to 40% longer than standard porcelain. They also feature a carved juice groove to capture running juices, preventing cross-contamination and preserving presentation.
