Texas Mineral Resources Corp. Reports Positive Drilling Results in Black Hawk Mining District

Texas Mineral Resources Corp. (TMRC) has revealed preliminary exploratory drilling results in the Black Hawk Mining District, Grant County, New Mexico, under a mineral exploration agreement with Santa Fe Gold Corporation. The drilling, aimed at testing Electro-Magnetic anomalies and the historic Alhambra vein, showed promising intersections of sulfide bearing veins, suggesting the effectiveness of the NANOTEM geophysical surveying method in locating veins within the district.

The drilling campaign, conducted over March to May 2025, involved 20 diamond drill holes aggregating 2751.5 feet. Notably, ten out of eleven holes targeting Electro-Magnetic anomalies intersected strongly altered carbonate veins at expected depths, while seven out of eleven holes aimed at the Alhambra vein encountered brecciated, carbonate veins. These findings are pivotal for the ongoing exploration and potential development of the project, highlighting the district's viability for mining operations.

Daniel Gorski, CEO of TMRC, expressed optimism about the NANOTEM method's success in identifying veins, which is crucial for the project's next phases. The Black Hawk Mining District is known for its 'Five Element Veins,' with the Alhambra mine featuring carbonate filled structures that could contain valuable minerals. The collaboration with the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources in analyzing the drill core underscores the project's scientific and economic significance.

While the completion of a joint venture agreement with Santa Fe hinges on further exploration outcomes, these preliminary results mark a significant step forward in assessing the district's mining potential.
