The National Law Review Launches National Public Notice Service

The National Law Review® (NLR) has announced the introduction of its National Public Notice Service™ (NPNS), marking a significant expansion in its offerings. This new service is designed to cater to a wide range of legal and regulatory public notice requirements, from abandonment of property to tax lien sales. The initiative responds to the growing customer demand for alternative platforms as traditional print newspapers continue to close. NLR CEO Gary Chodes highlighted that the move was driven by requests from law firms associated with its DailyDAC™ affiliate, which has a decade of experience in public notices for distressed asset sales.

The National Public Notice Service aims to provide a comprehensive solution for publishing public notices in various legal contexts. Examples include class actions, elections, formation and dissolution of legal entities, and more. This expansion underscores NLR's commitment to adapting to the evolving needs of the legal community and ensuring the accessibility of public notices in an increasingly digital world.
