The Works is bringing extensive holiday programming to Atlanta's Upper Westside with "All The Joyful Things," a seasonal celebration featuring numerous new festive experiences. Owned and developed by Selig Enterprises, the destination will transform into a holiday wonderland starting November 1 with continuous opportunities for community engagement. Taana Kow-Mayes, Director of Marketing and Placemaking at Selig, emphasized that The Works focuses on bringing the community together through these holiday activities where families and neighbors can enjoy festive programming while shopping and dining together.

The celebration introduces several first-time events, including Big John's Christmas Trees operating from November 18 to December 23. This inaugural indoor/outdoor Christmas tree lot located off Chattahoochee Avenue next to Ballard Designs offers fresh-cut trees and handcrafted wreaths in a comfortable setting regardless of weather conditions. The grand opening on November 22 will feature Tinseltone Carolers performing holiday songs from 3 to 6 p.m. Big John's Christmas Trees will maintain daily hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., providing extended shopping opportunities for holiday decorations.

Santa experiences form a significant component of the holiday programming, with The Real Black Santa appearing for photo sessions on November 8, November 15, and December 13 in Suite 200A across from The Camp. These complimentary photo opportunities encourage donations supporting Agape Youth and Family Center. Additional Santa sightings will occur throughout The Works on November 30, December 3, December 4, December 11, and December 12, with location details available via https://www.worksatl.com/holiday. The holiday pet event on November 29 from 1 to 5 p.m. invites four-legged friends for photos with Woof Gang, complete with festive props and treats.

Live reindeer will make a special appearance during Reindeer Games at The Camp on December 5 from 6 to 9 p.m., featuring festive activities for all ages and family photo opportunities. Music programming includes Christmas Back Home with vocalist Scott Thompson performing holiday classics at The Camp on November 29 from 2 to 5 p.m. Disco Santa: Beanies + Beats on December 6 from 2 to 5 p.m. will feature a live DJ, music, and giveaways at The Camp for an energetic holiday celebration.

The Works' extensive tenant participation enhances the holiday experience with additional programming. Y3S hosts multiple events including a Friendsgiving celebration on November 26, Black Friday promotions, Christmas Eve celebration on December 24, Christmas Karaoke on December 26, and New Year's Eve: Studio 33 party on December 31. Chattahoochee Food Works brings back its annual Jingle Bar starting November 28, serving festive cocktails throughout the month, and hosts an Ugly Sweater Party on December 13. Adelina Social Goods offers practical holiday preparation with a Cocktails for a Crowd class on November 9 and Holiday Gift Wrap Workshop on December 7.

Retail opportunities abound with The Works' unique collection of local shops including Ballard Designs, Swan Space, Eric Austin Custom, Adelina Social Goods, and Love Train Antiques & Home. Additional holiday shopping features include BAIR by Bria pop-up on December 13-14 and various wellness services at Stellar Bodies, Tinte salon, AYA Medical Spa, and Les Main Nail Bar. Dining establishments throughout the development, including BRASH Coffee, The Forum Cocktail Company, Chicheria Mexican Kitchen, Fox Bros Bar-B-Q, and Chattahoochee Food Works, will offer special holiday food and drink options. The comprehensive holiday programming represents a significant community investment in creating memorable seasonal experiences for Atlanta residents and visitors.
