Trailbreaker Resources has appointed experienced geologist Charlie Greig as Technical Advisor, bringing expertise in BC copper-gold porphyry deposits to guide exploration at its Coho, Atsutla, and Liberty projects.

Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) announced the appointment of Charlie Greig, MSc, P. Geo, as a Technical Advisor. Greig brings over three decades of mineral exploration experience, having been involved in numerous projects from grassroots to production-stage development. His expertise includes discoveries and development of significant deposits such as La India in Mexico, Wolverine in Yukon, Alamo Dorado in Mexico, Brucejack Lake, and Bisha in Eritrea.
Greig served as Vice President of Exploration for GT Gold Corp., where he led the team that discovered the Saddle North copper-gold porphyry deposit and the high-grade gold-silver zone at Saddle South. GT Gold was acquired by Newmont Corporation in 2021 for C$456 million. Most recently, he has been the lead technical advisor for American Eagle Gold's NAK project in partnership with Teck Resources and South32 Ltd., and has advised other companies including Kingfisher Metals, Happy Creek Minerals, and Hercules Metals.
Daithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of Trailbreaker, stated that Greig's experience in BC copper-gold porphyry deposits will be instrumental in guiding exploration at the company's Coho, Atsutla, and Liberty projects. As compensation, Trailbreaker issued Greig 100,000 stock options with a strike price of C$0.40 per share for a period of five years, as detailed in the April 16, 2026 news release.
The appointment underscores Trailbreaker's commitment to advancing its portfolio of mineral properties in mining-friendly British Columbia and Yukon Territory. The company's management team has a proven track record in exploration and development across these regions as well as Alaska and Nevada.
