Trailbreaker Resources Prepares to Drill Three Untested Targets in British Columbia

Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) has provided a corporate update as it enters the 2026 exploration season, with plans to drill three previously untested targets. The company's primary objective is to undertake inaugural drilling on two targets at its 300 km² Atsutla Gold project in northwestern British Columbia: the Highlands high-grade gold vein target and the Swan copper-gold-silver porphyry target. Following that, drilling will commence at the Coho copper-gold porphyry target in central BC.

Daithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of Trailbreaker, described 2026 as a landmark year. The Highlands zone is a high-grade gold target with kilometric-scale mineralization, while the Swan zone represents a largely untested porphyry system. The Coho target, located 30 km west of the Mt. Milligan mine, is road-accessible. All three targets have benefited from extensive geological work and are drill-ready.

The company recently completed a $3.5 million flow-through financing, upsized due to strong demand, and is fully permitted across its key assets. It has also strengthened its technical team with the addition of Charlie Greig as Technical Advisor, who has a proven discovery track record, including involvement in the Saddle North deposit.

At the Atsutla Gold project, located 70 km south of the Yukon-British Columbia border and 120 km northwest of Dease Lake, the company plans a diamond drill program of 1,500 to 2,500 m starting in late June 2026. The Highlands zone covers a 2.0 km by 1.5 km area with quartz veins containing coarse visible gold assaying up to 630 g/t Au and 1,894 g/t Ag, within a much larger 5.0 km x 4.3 km system. The Swan zone, 26 km east, is a porphyry target with a 1.5 km x 1.5 km multi-element soil anomaly and a coincident chargeability high from a 2024 induced polarization survey. Rock grab samples from Swan grade up to 11.7 g/t Au, 212 g/t Ag, and 0.81% Cu. Empire Drilling of Smithers, BC has been contracted.

At the 8,000-hectare Coho property, located 90 km north of Fort St. James, a diamond drill program of 1,500 to 2,500 m will commence in September 2026 on the Coho zone, which hosts a coincident chargeability and resistivity anomaly associated with high-grade gold and copper. Permits have been acquired as per the January 19, 2026 news release. Dorado Drilling of Smithers, BC has been contracted. Additionally, a surface exploration program will follow up on results from the contiguous Trident property, where drilling returned 183.0 m of 0.77% Cu, 0.51 g/t Au, and 3.4 g/t Ag.

Trailbreaker remains committed to continuous exploration across its portfolio, with consistent news flow anticipated as drilling and surface exploration proceed.
