Tri-Cities Agent Cari McGee Ranks 43rd in Washington in WSJ/RealTrends Rankings

Tri-Cities real estate agent Cari McGee has been ranked as the 43rd top agent in Washington state in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings, based on her 2025 performance of 52 transactions totaling $26.3 million in sales volume. This marks her second consecutive year on the prestigious list, which highlights top-producing agents across the nation.

McGee's 52 transactions place her among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States and make her the third-ranked individual agent in the Tri-Cities area. Her $26.34 million sales volume also ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd in Washington state. The achievement is particularly notable given that home prices in the Tri-Cities are among the lowest in any major metro area in Washington, meaning McGee closed a high number of sales relative to the market's lower price points.
