Trilogy Metals' inclusion in the 2026 TSX30 after a 570% three-year share price increase underscores growing investor confidence in its Arctic Project as a key source of American critical minerals.

Trilogy Metals Inc. (NYSE American: TMQ) (TSX: TMQ) has been named to the 2026 TSX30, an annual ranking of the top-performing companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange over a three-year period based on dividend-adjusted share price appreciation. The company's share price increased 570% during the three years ended June 30, 2026. The recognition matters because it reflects investor confidence in Trilogy's strategic direction and the growing importance of its Arctic Project in northwestern Alaska to the American critical mineral supply chain.
President and CEO Tony Giardini said the recognition reflects investor confidence in Trilogy and the strategic importance of the Arctic Project in northwestern Alaska to the American critical mineral supply chain. The TSX30 ranking is based on dividend-adjusted share price appreciation over three years, making Trilogy's 570% gain a notable achievement among its peers.
Trilogy Metals is a metal exploration and development company holding a 50 percent interest in Ambler Metals LLC, which has a 100 percent interest in the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects (UKMP) in northwestern Alaska. On December 19, 2019, South32, a globally diversified mining and metals company, exercised its option to form a 50/50 joint venture with Trilogy Metals. The UKMP is located within the Ambler Mining District, which is one of the richest and most-prospective known copper-dominant districts in the world.
The district hosts polymetallic VMS deposits that contain copper, zinc, lead, gold and silver, and carbonate replacement deposits which have been found to host high-grade copper and cobalt mineralization. Exploration efforts have been focused on two deposits in the Ambler Mining District – the Arctic VMS deposit and the Bornite carbonate replacement deposit. Both deposits are located within a land package that spans approximately 190,929 hectares. Ambler Metals has an agreement with NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation that provides a framework for the exploration and potential development of the Ambler Mining District in cooperation with local communities.
Trilogy Metals' vision is to develop the Ambler Mining District into a premier North American copper producer while protecting and respecting subsistence livelihoods. The company's inclusion in the TSX30 comes as demand for critical minerals continues to rise, particularly for copper and cobalt, which are essential for renewable energy technologies, electric vehicles, and advanced manufacturing. The Arctic Project's potential to supply these minerals domestically could reduce U.S. reliance on foreign sources and support national security and economic interests.
For investors, the TSX30 recognition may enhance Trilogy's visibility and credibility in the market, potentially attracting further investment.
