Trumark Homes Expands Riverside County Presence with 314 New Homes

Trumark Homes has purchased land for the development of two new residential communities in Riverside County, adding 314 new homes to the region and extending the company's strategic growth across Southern California. The acquisition comes at a time when securing land in Southern California is increasingly competitive, reflecting the company's long-term confidence in the region's continued growth.

Richard Douglass, Southern California Division President at Trumark Homes, emphasized the strategic importance of these acquisitions, stating that the investment reinforces the company's commitment to building high-quality communities that meet the needs of today's buyers, including first-time homebuyers. The two projects, Solara in Temescal Valley and Florita in Corona, represent a significant addition to the region's housing inventory.

Solara in Temescal Valley will feature 224 single-family detached homes organized into two neighborhoods called Radiance and Horizon. The development will offer seven distinct floor plans ranging from 2,679 square feet to 4,049 square feet, with homes containing three to five bedrooms and two-and-a-half to five-and-a-half bathrooms. This variety of housing options addresses different market segments within the growing Riverside County area.

Florita in Corona will include two neighborhoods, Petal and Bloom, with a total of 90 single-family homes and townhomes combined. Petal will contain 44 townhomes with three floor plans ranging from 1,331 square feet to 1,733 square feet, featuring two to three bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Bloom will contain 46 single-family detached homes with three floor plans ranging from 1,246 square feet to 1,717 square feet, offering three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms.

The strategic location of these communities enhances their appeal, as they are surrounded by top-rated schools, restaurants, and shopping destinations. Their proximity to Corona Lake and the Cleveland National Forest provides recreational opportunities, while convenient access to the 91 and I-15 freeways enables residents to reach regional business centers and popular amenities efficiently. This expansion occurs as Southern California continues to face housing supply challenges, making such developments crucial for addressing market demands. The company's approach demonstrates how strategic land acquisition in high-demand markets can contribute to solving regional housing shortages while supporting long-term community development goals.
