Valencia by FivePoint has opened two new community parks, Verve Park and Riparian Park, enhancing the outdoor lifestyle and recreational options for residents while strengthening community connections through shared green spaces.

Valencia by FivePoint recently celebrated the opening of two new community parks, further enriching outdoor options for residents and their guests. The new parks represent an extension of FivePoint's commitment to creating inviting outdoor settings for people and their pets to enjoy. Connecting to the Eastlink greenway, Verve Park features roomy lawns, kids' playground, an outdoor fitness zone and handy bike rack. Future additions include a ValenciaGO mobility hub. Verve Park also includes a community clubhouse, and residents will be able to reserve this space for parties, meetings and private events.
The November 1 opening of Riparian Park added even more choices for Valencia residents. Just above Verve Park on Riparian Avenue, Riparian is a new park of the Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Department. It features basketball courts, a sports field, and a playground, plus family picnic areas, trails and native landscapes. A panoramic hillside site and vista views set the stage at Valencia, where permanently protected open space, trees and vegetation enrich its distinctive ambience. About 10,000 of Valencia's 15,000 acres are dedicated to open space that is interwoven with diverse discovery points and biking, hiking and pedestrian trails.
Award-winning Confluence Park serves as a community core, with expansive lawns for family picnics and special events like Movie Night, Boo Bash and holiday celebrations. Resort-style features include a lap pool, kiddie pool, spa and cabanas. Confluence Park also holds a large Community Garden, where all ages are welcomed to join the Gardening Club. The Eastlink Greenway connects diverse destinations within Valencia through a network of walking, biking, and Neighborhood Electric Vehicle paths that connect to Confluence and Verve Parks now and will lead to more parks and open space in the future.
Throughout the community, outdoor seating niches, small parks and sidewalk systems invite enjoyment without a drive. Adjacent trails make it easy to hike from home, and to connect with regional networks. The Valencia Farmers Market offers fresh produce and artisan fare from Valencia's surrounding areas every Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., further enhancing community engagement. The market features The Wandering Shelf, a pop-up mobile bookshop that underscores FivePoint's commitment to education in the Santa Clarita Valley.
In the heart of Los Angeles County's Santa Clarita Valley, the community benefits from adjacency to I-5, putting area job centers within easy reach, as well as Cal Arts, College of the Canyons and Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. Nearby access to Metrolink, additional freeways and airports enhances convenience to multiple destinations. Elementary school children attend the Newhall School District or the Saugus School District, while the William S. Hart District serves junior high and high school students, providing families with high educational value.
Valencia by FivePoint homes attract diverse demographics including young singles and couples, growing families, empty nesters and multi-gen households. Home choices include detached and attached designs in single- or multi-level styles, with pricing from the mid $500,000s to the $1.8 millions. Each home includes sustainable features such as low-E windows, upgraded insulation, rooftop solar and tankless water heaters with closed loop systems. Level 2 electric vehicle chargers are planned for existing and future homes, reflecting the community's forward-thinking approach to modern living.
