Venture X Franchise Owners Expand Flexible Workspace Presence in Dallas-Fort Worth with Four Location Acquisitions

The acquisition of four existing flexible workspaces in the Dallas-Fort Worth market by multi-unit franchise owners Kevin and Geidre Priddy represents a significant expansion for Venture X in a key metropolitan area. The Priddys, who operate under Priddy Spaces, have grown their coworking portfolio to seven total Venture X locations and one Office Evolution location since beginning with their first acquisition in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2022. This strategic move into Dallas-Fort Worth demonstrates the continued growth of flexible workspace solutions in response to evolving corporate real estate strategies and hybrid work models.

The husband-and-wife team acquired the four locations from Plano-based landlord Michael Comegys, who sought experienced flex workspace operators to manage the spaces as he focused on his core commercial landlord business. Formerly branded as CityCentral, the spaces are being converted to Venture X and will offer the brand's signature amenities and hospitality-centric member experience. Kevin Priddy explained their interest in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, stating, "We've been operating in Florida going on four years, and we've wanted to expand into other high-growth markets like this one. The locations themselves are within strong demographics, and we felt confident that we would add value as flex workspace operators where this is our core business."

The four converted locations include Venture X Downtown Fort Worth at 600 W. 6th St., Suite 400, Fort Worth, TX 76102; Venture X Plano West at 6010 W. Spring Creek, Plano, TX 75024; Venture X Plano East at 500 N. Central Expressway, Suite 500, Plano, TX 75074; and Venture X Dallas-Addison at 17250 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX 75248. With these additions, Venture X now has over a dozen locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, offering flexible, sophisticated, and modern workspaces for professionals and businesses of all sizes. This expansion reflects the growing demand for flexible office solutions as companies adapt to changing workplace needs.
