Selley's career includes executive leadership roles at prominent semiconductor companies such as Nova Semiconductor, FormFactor, Cascade Microtech, and MKS. His proven track record includes building high-performing teams, implementing effective processes, and cultivating key customer relationships that consistently generate substantial revenue and margin growth.

In his newly created role, Selley will oversee global sales and business development activities, focusing on strategic expansion across critical industry sectors including lighting, consumer electronics, automotive, augmented and virtual reality, and healthcare.
