Wacker Neuson SE announced a change in its Executive Board leadership. Christoph Burkhard, who has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for more than five years, will step down from the company's Executive Board by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026. The decision comes after a period of successful collaboration, during which Burkhard contributed to the sustainable development of the company's structures and organization.

Hans Neunteufel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wacker Neuson SE, expressed gratitude for Burkhard's service, stating: "We would like to thank Mr. Burkhard for the excellent cooperation and for his valuable contributions to the sustainable development of the Company's structures and organization. Effective September 1, 2026, Reinhard Frisch will assume the role of CFO. Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, has been with the Wacker Neuson Group since 2004 and has held various leadership positions in Germany and abroad, including serving as CFO of Wacker Neuson North America. His extensive international experience within the organization is seen as a key asset for the role.
