Whatfix introduces AI-powered agents that use contextual intelligence to streamline user interactions with enterprise software, addressing the gap between software investments and actual business outcomes.

Whatfix, the global leader in digital adoption platforms, has launched Whatfix AI Agents integrated throughout its product suite to boost user productivity and drive business performance. These agents utilize ScreenSense, Whatfix's proprietary AI technology, which continuously interprets user context and intent within applications to trigger relevant actions such as in-app guides, enterprise search results, or third-party AI tools. This approach aims to help users complete tasks more efficiently amid rapid changes in enterprise software.
Khadim Batti, CEO and Co-Founder of Whatfix, highlighted the challenge many organizations face: "Gartner projects that software spending will grow at double-digit rates this year, driven by generative AI, yet most enterprises are still struggling to turn these investments into outcomes." He added that AI investments are widening the gap between software potential and user impact, but Whatfix AI Agents reverse this by adapting technology to the user's context, enabling success in fast-evolving systems.
The initial three agents—Authoring, Insights, and Guidance—are now available. The Authoring Agent simplifies content creation by generating in-app experiences from natural language prompts, requiring no technical expertise. For instance, a prompt like "Make a tip appear when users land on a new dashboard" results in automated content generation and styling. The Insights Agent offers a conversational interface for analyzing product analytics data, allowing users to ask questions in natural language to uncover behavior patterns and friction points. An example query such as "How is the new workflow performing?" yields visual summaries and recommendations quickly.
The Guidance Agent provides AI-generated answers within the workflow, summarizing complex information without context switching. When a user searches for terms like "return policy exceptions" in an order management system, it surfaces concise summaries from internal documentation. Embedded across Digital Adoption, Product Analytics, and Mirror, these agents personalize user interactions, bridging the gap between enterprise systems and user success. Laurentiu Bogdan, Operational Excellence Director at Servier, noted, "With Whatfix AI, we're heading towards a world where digital solutions will self-correct, self-improve, and personalize in real time, based on user intent. It's not just about automation; it's about making complexity disappear."
Whatfix is expanding its AI-first products under its Userization philosophy, integrating intelligent automation and adaptive training. The company's innovations have garnered industry recognition, including winning the 2025 AI Breakthrough Award as Overall AI-based Analytics Solution of the Year and being shortlisted for the AI Awards for Best Use of AI for Learning, with winners to be announced in September.
