The City of Wilmington has recently completed the implementation of Systems & Software's enQ CIS platform, a move that signifies a major leap forward in the management of municipal finances and services. This platform integrates utility billing, property tax, licenses, and inspection fees into a single, modern system, promising a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for both city officials and residents.

J. Brett Taylor, Director of Finance for the City of Wilmington, expressed high satisfaction with the platform, highlighting its intuitive design and the transparency it brings to property information and billing processes.
