Wrap Technologies has been selected to provide training support for a Florida teacher safety program, potentially expanding its market beyond law enforcement.

Wrap Technologies (NASDAQ: WRAP) has been selected by WOFT Charities to provide training support for the WOFT Teacher Safety Training Program, which received a $475,000 appropriation in Florida's fiscal year 2026-27 state budget. The program aims to equip teachers, administrators, and other school personnel with practical safety and preparedness skills, including situational awareness, threat recognition, early intervention, de-escalation, and avoiding physical confrontation when possible. The training will include real-world scenarios and practical self-defense instruction.
The appropriation was made to WOFT, with WRAP receiving a portion based on services provided. This should not be interpreted as a direct $475,000 award or future revenue to WRAP. However, the collaboration provides WRAP with exclusive access to WOFT's training facility, which is being developed as a national flagship environment for integrated WRAP training. The company believes this model could expand beyond education into law enforcement, private security, military, and other professional safety environments, as well as private citizens, and eventually incorporate a digital training ecosystem supporting continuous learning, recurring proficiency, and certification.
This selection underscores WRAP's growing presence in the public safety sector. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of non-lethal tools and training solutions, including the BolaWrap 150 device, Wrap Reality immersive training platform, WrapVision body-worn camera system, and WrapTactics training programs. The BolaWrap 150, a patented device that deploys a multi-sensory distraction and non-lethal restraint, is used by over 1,000 agencies across the U.S. and in 60 countries. It is backed by training certified by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST).
Wrap Reality VR is a fully immersive training simulator designed to enhance decision-making under stress, providing first responders with realistic, interactive scenarios. WrapVision is an all-new body-worn camera and evidence management system, featuring streamlined cloud integration and a made-in-America roadmap projected for early 2026. These technologies support WRAP's mission to provide safer, scalable, and cost-effective solutions for public safety, defense, and critical infrastructure markets.
The partnership with WOFT Charities highlights a potential new revenue stream and market expansion for WRAP, as the demand for non-lethal tools and training continues to grow. By leveraging its expertise in de-escalation and situational awareness, WRAP aims to address the complex challenges facing public safety organizations and educational institutions alike.
