During the Bock Walk, each brewery will craft and serve its own signature Maibock-a traditional German-style lager known for its smooth malt character and springtime appeal. Beer enthusiasts are invited to explore each location, savor unique Maibock interpretations, and experience the collaborative spirit defining Boerne’s craft beer culture.
