Autonomous developers spend enormous amounts of time and money getting to the point where they can test. Aircraft, crews, ranges, travel, weather, and hardware are all part of the equation. Tempest Droneworx™ built Corvus MRDR™ (Modular Robotics Development & Reporting) to change that equation-allowing engineers to test their own algorithms and control methods at scale, then progressively replace simulated vehicles with real ones without changing their existing workflow or giving up ownership of their intellectual property.

Originally designed for internal use, the Corvus Platform is now available for sale. It was created to solve Tempest Droneworx™'s own engineering problems.
The technology behind Corvus MRDR™ has evolved through years of real-world engineering at Tempest Droneworx™, beginning with a predecessor used during the company's successful FAA BAA 4 One-to-Many Command and Control work. Each project refined the platform further, ultimately becoming the proven system Tempest Droneworx™ is making available today.

A team can start with 20 simulated aircraft operating in real-world coordinates. When ready, replace one with a physical aircraft. Test again. Replace another. Repeat until the entire fleet is real.
The Corvus Platform works alongside the customer's existing tools and control architecture. Customers retain their algorithms, methodologies, workflows, and IP.

Corvus MRDR™ currently supports PX4 and ArduPilot through distributed Core Robotics Object Simulators (CROS). New firmware types are in beta, with future platform updates anticipated.
The Robotics Aggregation & Visualization Node (RAVN) combines simulated and physical vehicle telemetry with ADS-B, Remote ID, RADAR, and other sources in a real-time 3D environment. Missions can be recorded and replayed for analysis.
The product line includes MRDR-1, stackable MRDR-2 Expansion systems, and the eight-display MRDR-187 Enterprise. NDAA-compliant configurations are available. The first MRDR-187 Enterprise has already been delivered to the University of Houston Robotics Department.

Corvus MRDR™ is available for pre-order now, with commercial deliveries beginning in October 2026. Corvus MRDR™ Defense, with additional defense-specific capabilities, is scheduled for December 2026. The Corvus Platform Pipeline Beta Program is also open for early access to features under development.
