Kitten season is driving record demand for Whatcom Feline Alliance's spay and neuter assistance, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and rescue services throughout Whatcom County. The nonprofit is asking the community to help expand prevention programs that reduce feline overpopulation and improve the lives of cats and the families who care for them.
