Colorado Rural Health Center CEO to Lead Advisory Committee for $1 Billion Rural Health Transformation Program

Michelle Mills, CEO of the Colorado Rural Health Center, has been appointed chair of the advisory committee that will guide the implementation and oversight of Colorado's $1 billion Rural Health Transformation Program, which aims to improve healthcare access and address critical health needs across all 52 rural and frontier counties and two federally recognized tribes in the state from 2026 to 2031.
